Description of iNDeT - Mendiak, Montañas The iNDeT application, which has been running since April 2010 for Android and iPhone mobile devices, is exclusively for registered users, with it you can validate and record peaks, view information about the peaks and check the status of the ranking, as well as record routes, share them with friends or locate close friends in the mountains. It is available in EUSKARA and CASTELLANO. These are its main sections: ✚ INDET To use this section you must have the GPS of the mobile phone on. Upon reaching a peak the device will detect the top and validate the user adding it to their list of summits achieved. If the uploaded top is not in the system, you can register directly. You can also see your own position on a map, share the geopositioning with friends, see my favorite tracks and follow them on the mountain, see where my friends are on a map, choose different types of maps or record your own new tracks and upload them to the iNDeT system. To access the map, click on the options section represented by a points icon. ✚ CIMAS - MENDIAK - You can see a list of all the peaks of the iNDeT system that will appear with the user's avatar and the number of times the user has climbed to each top. The information that can be seen in each summit is the location of the summit, the height, the assessment given by the community of users and the weather forecast for the next 5 days in that area. ✚ RANKING In this section you can see the users who have climbed the highest number of peaks (mendiak) and the users who have been in a greater number of different peaks. In addition, through the web portal of the iNDeT system http://www.indetweb.com you can access more features: ✪ PROFILE In this section each user can consult the information of their own profile or the profile of their friends or users who have indicated that their profile is public. The information shown is the information of the last climbs and the position in the different rankings, see your list of friends, you can see on a map all the climbs, the statistics of the climbs, the photos of the validations of the user and of the excursions made, as well as the user's geolocation will be shown in real time if he is using the Android tool of the system at that moment. ✪ MESSAGES Messages can be sent and received among users of the iNDeT system, being possible to enable notifications via email of new messages. ✪ CONFIGURATION Section to configure personal data, location, password, preferences, notifications and user privacy. ✪ FRIENDS AND GROUPS In this section you can search for users of the system and make friends with them, see the groups to which they belong, search for groups, join them or create new user groups. ✪ TRACKS In this section you can see the favorite tracks, which will be synchronized with the Android application of iNDeT.
